Welcome to Fire Foods

Fire Foods is a retail food production project to bring the flavours from our southern themed lens to your dinner table. We seek to creatively preserve unique and addictive flavours that are hard to find, in a genuine manner. Our passion lies in bringing families and friends together, and our sauces enhance your cookout, with approachable spice levels. Began as a collaboration project between longtime meaty companions Rosie's BBQ Smokehouse and Wreck Peach Hot Sauce, we strive to bring the finest craft condiments to a table near you. 

A true labour of flavour, this sauce is an adventure. On a roadtrip through Hatch, New Mexico we were able to visit Grajeda Farms in the outskirts of the town and purchase 160lbs of Sandia Hatch Peppers. We roasted and smoked these over post oak in the raging Texan sun and have blended these medium spiced, earthy and buttery peppers into a complex, pure medium chile sauce that lets these beautiful peppers shine through - an amazing enhancement to Tex-Mex cuisine.

Texas style BBQ sauce, made with smoked peppers, onions and sweetened with Dr. Pepper! This is a more vinegar forward BBQ sauce than your standard store bought BBQ sauce, so the flavour and texture of your beautiful food can shine through. A great cooking sauce, that can add some instant flavour to a quick home cooked meal, excellent on burritos, tex-mex dishes, and particularly grilled, smoked or roasted pork. This is a mild sauce, with just a hint of spice.

A smoked green chile sauce made with smoked poblano and serrano peppers, smoked onions and sweetened with a little maple syrup. This sauce has a nice smoky heat that is perfect for family cook outs, as Jericho is so famous for. This sauce is a collaboration with Rosie's BBQ Smokehouse where we use the sauce for green chilli burgers,  meatballs and chicken tacos. The sauce is dynamite on eggs as well as grilled salmon.
